Thanks to a £30,000 award from People’s Postcode Lottery, we’re inviting neurodisabled community groups in Thurrock and South Essex to try out our new installation in development Don’t Look Down.

Don’t Look Down uses clever sensor technologies with stunning digital design to offer interactive experiences that get people moving and give audiences a glimpse of what it’s like living with a neurological disability. The short film that’s part of the installation fuses contemporary dance with virtual and augmented realities to illuminate the stories of neurologically disabled Lived Experience Consultants, like Teresa, who collaborate on creating our artistic works.

We can deliver the installation as a standalone experience or alongside a dance workshop led by our Artistic Director and experienced dance artists. If you would like us to come to your community or support group, get in touch by emailing katie@codadance.com
